Service & Refund Policy Thank you for booking a reading with Pisces Palmist. Please take a moment to read this policy before your session. The Nature of This Service Palmistry is an interpretive practice, one that offers insight, reflection, and guidance, not a guaranteed outcome, a factual prediction, or a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Every reading is delivered with genuine care, honesty, and the full benefit of my experience and training, but the value of a reading lies in its insight and perspective, not in any specific result or prediction coming to pass. Refunds Because of the personal and interpretive nature of this service, once a reading has been delivered, whether written or recorded, I'm no longer able to offer refunds based on personal preference, differing expectations, or dissatisfaction with the content of the reading itself. I do want you to feel properly looked after, so the following do apply: Before your reading has been delivered: if you change your mind or need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate a reschedule or, where appropriate, a refund. Technical or administrative errors: if something goes wrong on my end, such as a failure to deliver your reading, a technical fault, or an error in processing your booking, I will always make this right, whether through a correction, a redo, or a refund, as appropriate to the situation.
